On Deck Ocean Racing: 65’ Farr round the world yachts.  6-passenger max.   Departs the waterfront

2-hour sailing adventure.  There is no swimming or snorkeling on this tour.  Join the On Deck racing team aboard our high performance Farr 65’ Round the World yachts.  You’ll trim a sail, grid a winch and take the helm, maneuvering the yachts to the finish line!  $99 per person

New Horizons:  60’ Ketch.  37-passenger maximum.  Departs from Sapphire Marina at 9:30 am returning at 4:00 pm.  Continental Breakfast breads and juices served.  Lunch menu includes: hot Italian meatballs, tricolor pasta & veggie salad, bean salad, sliced meats & cheese with French bread and homemade brownies topped with kiwi for dessert.  Full open bar: mixed & frozen drinks, champagne, beer & wine.  Includes snorkeling gear, great sailing and fresh water rinse.  Sunset Cocktail Sail and Private Dinner Sail also available.  $120 Adult and $60 Children 12 & under. 

 

Nightwind:  50’ Yawl.  18-passenger maximum.  Departs Sapphire Marina at 9:00 am returning 4:00 pm.  Champagne Lunch Menu includes roasted Caribbean spiced chicken, fresh fruit, banana bread, deviled eggs (a specialty!) pasta primavera, and chocolate lover’s dessert, served buffet style; Open bar: large assortment from Bloody Mary’s, to Rum Punch; snorkeling gear, great sailing and snorkeling.  And the captain’s two loveable dogs onboard will keep you entertained.  $120 Adult and $85 Children 12 & under.

The Adventurer Afternoon Sunset Catamaran Sail & Beach BBQ: 50’ Catamaran, 49 maximum passengers. 

Departs the Frenchman’s Reef Dock at 3:00 pm. 

This relaxing 4-hour excursion combines all of the attributes of a relaxing Caribbean vacation where you swim, snorkel and BBQ your way through an enjoyable afternoon.  Our sunset trip takes you to Water Island, a beautiful, sparsely populated oasis in the Virgin Islands popular with local weekend sailors.  Your adventure starts with a leisurely sail around historic Hassel Island.  Guests will enjoy a panoramic view of both old and new.  On the left, massive modern cruise ships will be docked at the West Indian Company dock, while on the right will be the historic remains of the old pier and forts used by traders and pirates in previous centuries.  Great photo opportunities prevail.  After a 1½ hour meandering sail, the catamaran will glide into Honeymoon Beach on Water Island where you will enjoy a swim and BBQ on a nearly deserted beach.  Catered by well known Heidi and staff, who host a popular local’s Sunday afternoon feast, her food is legendary.  Indulge on BBQ baby back ribs and chicken, salad and rolls.   The beach faces west, delighting you as you watch the sun dip towards the Caribbean Sea.  The captain will call the ‘all aboard” and we will sail into the inviting sunset.  The boat meanders back to the dock as you enjoy the beverage of your choice, including our famous Painkiller, if you choose.  The good news is you still have the evening to enjoy.

Transport to Red Hook not included (15-20 min. from Frenchman’s Reef Hotel/Cruise Ship Dock).   To rent a boat without hiring a captain, you must have a minimum of 50 hours of prior experience captaining a similar boat. Boats carry up to 6 guests with a hired captain. For bareboat charters 6 guests maximum is most comfortable but capacity will vary by boat.

Rental Includes: fresh water shower (on request), bimini top, built in ice chest, rod holders, bait well, swim ladder, VHF radio, USCG safety gear, chart/map, first fishing pole included, water skis and outriggers. 

NOT included: cost of fuel and oil, optional insurance, BVI customs fees and optional rental of captain, additional snorkeling gear, or additional fishing poles (1st one free). 

Transportation via taxi to and from the departure marina (American Yacht Harbor – Red Hook) would be approx. $20.00 per person round trip.
