Airport Transfers (Based On Transport To Frenchman's Reef)

Staff members will greet your guests at the baggage area with signs identifying your group (either provided by you or computer generated from us). Once guests have identified their luggage, they will travel directly to Frenchman’s Reef. Transportation will be conducted in air-conditioned vans with a maximum of 10 guests per van. We will ensure that the vehicles are clean and provide knowledgeable, courteous and friendly drivers and staff to meet and greet your guests at the airport.

~ Baggage handling for up to two bags per guest (each additional bag $1.50)
~ Departure notices ( $3 per room hotel charge for delivery or you may distribute yourself at no additional charge)

AIR CONDITIONED VAN – 10 PASSENGERS MAX RATES:
$17.00 each way including gratuity (4 passenger minimum - the minimum charge will be $68.00, including gratuity, each way)

24-Hour Notice of Cancellation is required for refund privileges on all transportation

OTHER POTENTIAL CHARGES:
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for changes to be made to the arrival or departure manifest, however we will try to accommodate last minute changes. ‘No Show’ transfers (if passengers are not on flight or do not meet their departure taxi) are charged in full. Extra wait time is billing in half hour increments at the rate of $35.00.

LUGGAGE TRUCKS FOR SIMULTANEOUS ARRIVALS:
Luggage vehicles will be used when necessary based on flights carrying over 24 passengers. They are staffed with two to three people to ensure of quick and efficient delivery of the luggage to Frenchman’s Reef and bill at a rate of $175.00 up to 2 hours plus $1.50 service charge per bag.

IMPORTANT SPECIFICS:
We need a complete list of arrivals and departures organized by date, time, then flight carrier and number, then by last name and first name. This must be received no later than 10 days prior to the first arrival. If we receive your list within 10 days of the first arrival, a $250.00 administrative fee will be applied.

The best way to get to the world famous shopping in downtown Charlotte Amalie in St. Thomas is to take a scenic ride on the unique Frenchman's Reef Resort's "Downtown Harbor Safari Ferry." These U.S. Coast Guard certified harbor ferries transport resort guests and visitors to and from the heart of the downtown shopping district. It is a safe, hassle free and scenic ride that takes only about 12 minutes. The "Downtown Harbor Safari Ferries" depart the Frenchman's Reef dock and return from the waterfront on a scheduled basis every day.

A nice way to welcome your guests is to provide them with a "free ride to town." Your group can pre-print your own special tickets for the ferries with the group logo, to include in group check-in packets or to distribute as desired. We are able to honor these custom printed tickets provided by an organization that has agreed to redeem them at the conclusion of their visit at a rate of $6.00 each. You will only be billed for the tickets that are collected by our captains during your stay. This works very well as a sponsored event whereby a contributor can provide the tickets with their logo.

In addition to this regularly scheduled service, water transportation for individuals and any sized group to any location can be arranged.
