St. Thomas has a variety of fantastic restaurants ranging from casual to elegant and we can find the right ones for your group. Prices range from $65.00 to $130.00 per pre-set menu, which is required for groups of eighteen or more, plus transportation, gratuity and bar tab (in most cases). Buffets, receptions, gala events with food stations throughout a property and gourmet plated dinners are all options. astronomy cruiseWhether scanning the 3-dimensional surface of the moon or pulling in light from a galaxy that began its journey millions of years ago, your Astronomy Adventure is sure to be a highlight of your stay in the Caribbean. Personally led by Astronomer Kary Williams, each Star Charter includes a wealth of information about each object on the night’s observation list to compliment your view through the Caribbean’s Largest Telescope. Throw in our balmy Caribbean nights and spectacular clear skies and you have a combination, which is truly unforgettable.

sunset cruise
  This special cruise is a two hour early evening sail highlighting the Caribbean sunset, and can be coordinated to take place on one or more of several different types of vessels, either power or sail. Once aboard, guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres and an open bar served by friendly crewmembers throughout the cruise. Entertainment can be arranged on certain vessels. The cruise meanders through the historic Charlotte Amalie Harbor and along the coast to catch the sun before it dips below the horizon. It’s a great way to end a perfect day or as a start to a special evening.
