 Experience
the thrill of diving without getting wet! A ferryboat will transport guests
on a narrated tour to the dive site where they will board the Atlantis Submarine.
Water, fruit punch and rum punch are served on the ferry to and from the
submarine dive site. Once everyone is safely aboard and the hatches are
securely sealed, the sub will dive to depths of up to 90 feet on a 1 and
1/2 mile, air conditioned journey. The knowledgeable narrator will point
out interesting marine life throughout the tour and passengers will see
living coral reefs, colorful fish and maybe even a sea turtle or two!  Private
charters are available for up to 48 guests per dive. For the "all out"
group, the Odyssey Dive takes place with scuba divers on water scooters
outside the sub feeding fish. We can even arrange for your company banner
to be positioned underwater in a prime viewing spot for participants to
see from inside the sub! Check with the Adventure Center for the current
schedule or to schedule a special pick-up for your group. Ask about our

 A
complimentary scuba diving demonstration for the guests of the resort, with
hands-on experience, occurs daily Monday through Friday, pool side. Here,
guests can ask questions, receive scuba diving orientation and actually
don scuba diving equipment and experience the thrill of breathing underwater
for the first time. There is no charge to resort guests for this activity.
We can also arrange a special demonstration for your group. |

 The
introductory scuba course allows those who have never tried it, to safely
experience the thrill of scuba diving. Participants of the introductory
scuba diving course learn about diving in three simple steps. First, a brief
orientation will be given by a certified scuba instructor, followed by the
first underwater experience in a pool-like body of water. Finally, under
the careful supervision of a certified instructor, guests will practice
a few skills and then go on an actual scuba dive in shallow, calm water
and escape to a unique part of our world with vivid colors and fascinating
aquatic creatures. All the equipment that is required is included. |

Underwater
Safari's provides scuba diving tours for certified divers every morning
and afternoon. Dive depths range from 35 feet to 60 feet and offer very
relaxed, safe diving with little or no surge or current and outstanding
visibility -- often over 100 feet! Most days, the diving format includes
a dive on a coral reef and a second dive on a wreck. Certified P.A.D.I.
Divemasters or Instructors accompany divers on this tour, and the informative
pre-dive briefings and the pointing out of unique marine life and any
hazards on the way, enhance the safety and educational value of this tour.
Certified divers must bring their certification card to the dive.
